Working at RMEP

We run a lean team: eleven people across Europe for a portfolio we hold as long as it makes sense, with no layer of associates in between.

We are operators before we are investors, so the partners who buy a company are the ones who sit with it afterwards.

We work across Europe, and spend our weeks where the companies are.
