This site sets no cookies, shows no banner and asks you for nothing. What little is processed when you read a page is set out below.
Who is responsible

Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States, which serves every page and keeps standard server logs: your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, the referring page and your browser's user agent. We use them to run the site securely and to find faults, which is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not combine them with anything else and do not use them to identify you. Vercel keeps these logs for a short time only, between one and three days depending on the hosting plan, and we do not archive them. Vercel processes the data as our processor, including in the United States on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Visitor measurement
We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookieless: it stores nothing in your browser, sets no identifier and builds no profile. Each request contributes to an aggregate count of pages, referrers, countries and device types, from which no person can be identified. We keep the aggregate numbers to see which pages are read; the legal basis is again our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Fonts
The site uses the Montserrat typeface, loaded from Google's font servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Loading a font sends your IP address and browser details to Google, which may process them in the United States. Google sets no cookie when serving fonts. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in presenting the site in its own typeface under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
When you write to us
There is no form on this site. If you send an email or a LinkedIn message, we process what you write in order to answer you, and we keep the correspondence for as long as the matter is live and afterwards where company or tax law requires it. Messages sent through LinkedIn are also processed by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company under its own privacy policy.
Links to other sites
Links to our companies' websites and to LinkedIn profiles open sites we do not control. Nothing is sent to them until you click, and their own privacy notices apply from that point.
Your rights
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
- Have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed.
- Have data erased where we have no reason to keep it.
- Have processing restricted while a question about it is open.
- Receive the data you gave us in a portable format.
- Object to processing we base on our legitimate interest.
- Complain to the supervisory authority named below.
Write to office@rmep.com to exercise any of them. We answer within one month and ask for nothing beyond what we need to be sure who you are.
