Liechtenstein, October 2024 — RM Equity Partners (RMEP) confirms the sale of CV Online, one of Hungary’s leading online job portals, to an investment syndicate led by the current management team. This move marks another milestone in RMEP’s strategy of empowering local leadership and streamlining its portfolio.
CV Online, originally acquired in 2009, has grown significantly under RMEP's ownership, becoming a key player in the Hungarian recruitment market. The management buyout allows the team to continue its successful trajectory, maintaining the platform’s position as a leading provider of digital recruitment services in Hungary.
RM Equity Partners (RMEP) is a Liechtenstein-based investment holding, and its portfolio companies employ more than 600 people across Europe. Overall, RMEP manages more than 50 successful brand names in the digital space.
Key investments within RMEP’ portfolio include Europe’s largest independent ski rental company, Alpinresorts (Bratislava), and the rental platform Erento (Berlin). Other notable platforms include Bergfex, Europe’s leading app for outdoor activities, and calimoto, the top app for motorcycle touring.
