Jobiqo, a portfolio company of RM Equity Partners (RMEP), has acquired the online job platform JOBS.DE from the Kariera Group.
With this strategic move, Jobiqo expands its presence in Germany and strengthens its position as a key technology partner for online job markets operated by media houses, publishers, professional associations, and universities.
JOBS.DE will continue to operate as an independent brand and platform but will be significantly upgraded with Jobiqo’s proprietary AI-powered matching and reach technologies. This technological upgrade is designed to improve the quality and efficiency of recruiting outcomes for employers while reducing dependency on external traffic sources.
